1. What is the difference between Classic Inn Standard and Classic Inn Premium?
A: The major difference between the standard and premium is that the premium has a safety box and rain shower. The premium is opened in the year 2013; everything is new rather new compared to standard.
   
2. Does your hotel provide Breakfast?
A: Complimentary breakfast is provided by form of local authentic breakfast to all guests from 7.30am to 11am.
   
3. Is free internet Wi-Fi provided?
A: Yes. We also have computer kiosk at the hotel lobby, RM0.50/10mins
   
4. Is there any restaurant in the hotel?
A: Yes, we have a small cafe at the lobby. Classic Inn is also surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls.
   
5. How close is the hotel from nearby attractions, parks and shopping?

6. Is the hotel price comes with additional tax?
A: Hotel price follow according to the season with a nett price. No additional tax charges.
   
7. Is there any fitness centre?
A: Yes, free gym on weekend and public holiday only.
   
8. Can I make a reservation without credit card?
A: A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation with most hotels. If tenant and cardholder are not the same person, please indicate in the 'Special Requests' box when upon booking. At the event no credit card is possible for reservation; phone booking is available with cash deposit.
   
9. Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?
A: Yes.
   
10. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
A: You will receive a confirmation email.
   
11. Can I book a hotel for day use?
A: No, bookings are for one night minimum stays only.
   
12. Is there transportation available to the airport?
A: Yes and it can be requested at the reception.
   
13. Does your hotel provide parking?
A: Yes, Hotel guests are welcome to park your car here at a discount rate. Car parks are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, there are plenty of public car parks nearby.

15. Do you accept credit card?
